The heart chakra is believed to be the home of the higher self and is the centre of unconditional love. It is characterised by qualities such as love, peace, forgiveness, compassion and openness.

When the heart chakra is imbalanced, we may deal with emotional issues like anger, lack of trust, anxiety, jealousy, fear, and moodiness. By balancing and harmonising our heart chakra, we feel more compassionate, demonstrate unconditional love, display empathy, and are able to nurture our relationships.
